SUMMARY:
Import and Export Sales Coordinator required for East Rand based company

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Matric
3 - 5 years logistics / exports / imports experience
Pastel experience advantageous

Duties will include

Liaise with suppliers for importing shipments on all matters relating to freight
Prepare export documentation to present to the clearing agent on export orders
Co-ordinate customs clearance procedures and shipments
Calculate quotations for outbound shipments including quote follow ups
Schedule bookings for shipment packing, collection and shipments
Processing of Sales orders on Pastel
Assist with inbound shipment enquiries and quotations
General office administration tasks, when required
Sales – CRM system
Sales – surveys – and cold calling to discuss potential requirements and discussion with potential clients
Liaise with shipping lines
Liaise with agents regarding packing and shipping documents
