Identity Governance and Administration Specialist

SUMMARY:

To research, design, plan, implement and configure Identity, Governance and Administration (IGA) with a focus on Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions and related technologies within the company Group.

POSITION INFO:
JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage and maintain the provisioning of appropriate access to infrastructure, applications, systems, and information.
• Design, test and implement scalable, redundant, IGA/ PAM solutions and related technologies according to business requirements and aligned with industry best practise standards.
• Provide escalation (3rd line) support on deployed IGA/ PAM technologies.
• Provide technical expertise, as part of IGA/ PAM programs and initiatives and participate in other departmental/divisional projects to contribute towards business objectives.
• Identify and implement opportunities for integration, consolidation and enhancements to ensure cost-effective and optimal use of IGA/ PAM resources and technology.
• Research, design and evaluate IGA/ PAM technologies in support of the company’s business needs (proof of concept and technical assessments) and align with the Business Solutions and Technology Department strategy, vision and roadmap.
• Create and maintain technical IGA/ PAM topology diagrams (company Group footprint) and provide structured documentation and procedures for continued operational efficiencies.
• Provide input into and take responsibility for promoting and ensuring compliance with relevant organisational policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.

• A Bachelor’s degree (NQF 7) in Information Technology (IT) or an equivalent qualification including technology specific certifications; and
• A minimum of 5 to 8 years’ experience in deploying, configuring, managing and maintaining PAM in a multi domain environment.

• BeyondTrust – Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• BeyondTrust – End Point Privileged Management (EPM)
• PowerShell and similar scripting technologies
• Directory Services (Active Directory, LDAP etc,)
• Identity and Data Governance and Administrative concepts
• Rest API’s
• Network technologies and applications
• Automation technologies; and
• Custom plug-ins
