Our client in the medical industry is looking for a proactive and reliable IT Technician to join their growing team. In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining and enhancing their IT infrastructure, supporting users across the business, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Minimum requirements:

• Matric
• Valid driver's license
• Own vehicle
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• CompTIA A+ and N+ qualification
• Must be willing to travel for work
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT
• Must be proficient in Windows based operating Systems, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and TeamViewer

Skills required:

• Computer hardware
• Network setup and installation
• Printers and multi-function devices
• Telephone and remote support

Key responsibilities:

• Support to Internal and external users
• Handle day to day tasks, including non-IT related activities
• Ensure users can perform daily tasks

Remuneration:

R 8 000 - R 12 000 CTC 

Remuneration will include: Company cellphone, company laptop, fuel allowance and 13th cheque

Working hours:

Monday to Friday: 07:30 - 16:30

• Weekend stand by (1 to 2 weekends per month)
  December Standby (once every 3 years)
  After hours support
