About the position:

We are looking for an energetic, assertive, and dynamic IT Technician to join our incredible team.

Primary Responsibilities:

Â

First line support
Desktop support and management
Printer and network support and management
Backup management
Cabling installations
Configuration, setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems (hardware and software)
Basic server support
General IT administration and Anti-Virus management
Keeping up to date with system information, changes, and updates
Installation and maintenance of POS devices, fingerprint scanners, and other devices

Requirements

Matric, A+, N+ technical qualification and/or any other similar qualifications
Minimum 3 yearsâ€™ experience in IT Support (hardware and software)
Must be fluent in English
Must have own vehicle and be willing to travel nationwide
Willing to work on standby and work overtime shifts on weekends
