POSITION INFO:
Our client is looking for a hard-working IT technician with previous experience to play an active role in their company

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance services to computer hardware, software, and servers
• Troubleshoot systems
• Build, install new computer systems, and setting up of new hardware and software
• Diagnostics, upgrading and repairs of components/peripheral devices
• Data backup & recovery
• Installation of hardware to new and existing computers
• Troubleshooting and repairs of hardware
• Repairs of laptops and desktops
• Assisting with the installation of software from a disk or off a server
• Data recovery and restoration
• Provide onsite support to clients
• Installing, upgrading, and updating software
• Network troubleshooting and setup

• Well-spoken, confident, and patient
• Excellent customer service
• Drivers license and own vehicle is essential
• IT-related degree
• Previous experience in a similar role.
