Key Responsibilities:
If You’re Someone Who…

Can troubleshoot faster than Google loads on good Wi-Fi â¡
Treats “user error” as a challenge, not a personality trait
Speaks both “technical” and “non-technical human” fluently
Knows your way around hardware, software, and the occasional meltdown
Has experience with Microsoft 365, networks, and keeping calm under ticket pressure

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Education – relevant qualifications or equivalent experience
Experience –

Active Directory / Azure experience (aka digital wizardry)
Certifications like CompTIA or Microsoft (we love a qualified hero)
