Our client, a leading player in the Information Technology sector, is seeking a passionate IT Sales Consultant to drive growth and foster meaningful customer relationships in the Eastern Cape. Where You'll Make an Impact

Sell and promote a wide range of IT products to new and existing clients
Handle email and telephonic customer inquiries professionally
Prepare, follow up on quotations, and process sales orders efficiently
Manage and expand an allocated customer base through proactive engagement
Cold call potential clients to generate new business opportunities
Attend all relevant product and sales training sessions to stay up-to-date
Maintain comprehensive customer call logs and update databases regularly
Develop and implement tailored sales plans for key accounts and product groups

Requirements:

2 to 4 years of sales experience, ideally within the IT industry
Proven ability to cold call and acquire new clients
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong planning and organizational abilities
Good product knowledge, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
Proficiency in RPE and basic IT understanding
Sales planning and CRM software
