JOB DESCRIPTION:

My client, a business cybersecurity and IT support provider is seeking a young and energetic Internal Sales person to join their team in Cape Town. The Internal Sales is responsible for supplier liaison and creating quotes for clients.

Responsibilities (not limited to):

- Source product according to client request and follow up on queries

- Create quotes according to process, authorization and timescales; feedback and follow up on quotes; ensure quotes are completed within 24-hours of request

Additional:

- Ad-hoc account management tasks like daily and weekly meetings

- Administration; general admin and filing

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an internal sales role

- Experience with QuoteWerks is an advantage

- Experience with SalesForce / Zoho

- Excellent Excel, Word and Outlook skills (Advanced)

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Excellent telephonic skills

- Excellent communication, an excellent listener and great customer care skills

- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes

- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work in an organized way

- Good literacy, numeracy and ICT skills

- Highly professional

- Able to form strong, long-lasting relationships with colleagues

- Valid driver’s license, own transport and willingness to travel
