IT Helpdesk Support - Killarney Gardens CPT

POSITION INFO:

Faircape Dairies, and its subsidiary, Frutique, are looking for an IT graduate to serve as support for the IT department on a 6-month contract. Are you a target driven, customer centric individual with a flair for technology? If yes, then this opportunity is perfect for you. The main role of the graduate would be to assist the IT department with helpdesk and systems support related duties.

Requirements:

Matric
National Certificate/ Diploma in Information Systems/ IT Technical Support (A+ & C+)
Graduates must have qualified in the past 12-24 months in the relevant field applied to
Assertiveness, confident, and a self-starter is needed for this role

Responsibilities:

Provide IT support to the Organization.
Helpdesk support
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
Talk staff through a series of actions, either face-to-face or telephonically to help set up systems or resolve issues.
