Our client in the Financial Industry is currently seeking a dynamic IT Helpdesk Assistant to join their team

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric
Tertiary qualification or certificat in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Computer literate with strong knowledge in MS Office
Experience of LAN/WAN, IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
Previous experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira Service Desk, or similar platforms for logging and tracking support requests
Valid drivers license and own reliable transport
