SUMMARY:
Providing General IT support to staff. This position provides IT support services such as

POSITION INFO:

• Providing General IT support to staff. This position provides IT support services such as documentation, technical analysis, advice, support, and problem solving in a timely manner.

• The duties of the position cover the functional areas of end-user support, operational & systems support and administration.

• Ensure that all help desk service requests received by the department are logged and  processed in the IT Service Desk then dealt with in a timely, prioritized, and professional manner.

• Maintain & support stability of network infrastructure.

• Install, configure, and support network, PCs, laptops, CCTV, Access control systems and peripheral devices including printers and other IT hardware.

• Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, SharePoint & Antivirus administration & support

• Support IP Telephony system

• Maintenance and expansion of CCTV system

• Maintain Inventory of IT Department

• Conduct Daily IT Health checks as well as backup checks

• Responsible for troubleshooting workstations, networks, software applications, phones, copiers and other technologies.

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on hardware and software.

• Sage Evolution Support and basic administration

• SQL Support & Administration

• Server & Infrastructure support, including Hyper-V both on prem and hosted.

Qualifications, competencies, knowledge, and experience required

ND: Information Technology

• At least 5 years relevant experience

• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT and software trends
