Minimum Requirements:

1 – 3 years’ experience in IT Distribution sales

Solid knowledge of IT products (hardware, software, networking, etc.)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Matric (Grade 12) qualification

Computer literate
Key Responsibilities:

Sell and promote a wide range of IT products

Handle email and telephonic customer queries professionally
-
Prepare, follow up on quotations, and process sales orders

Manage and grow an allocated customer base
-
Cold call and acquire new clients on an ongoing basis
-
Attend all required product and sales training sessions
-
Maintain daily customer call logs
-
Update and manage customer databases regularly
-
Develop and implement sales plans for key accounts and product groups
