SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity in one of the top ten largest healthcare industry is in search of an IT Business Analyst who will identify business opportunities and make recommendations on solutions/requirements to ensure business goals and objectives are met, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop and design features and implement technical solutions.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

Develop projects and monitor project performance for business objectives and goals
Analyzing and evaluating the current business processes a company has and identifying areas of improvement
Create initiatives depending on the business’s requirements and needs
Collaborate with users and stakeholders
Train and coach staff members to improve development
Implement cost effective technology solutions
Design test scenarios, user acceptance and test plans based on systems
Implement new features and analyze whether functional or non-functional specifications are standard.

Requirements:

Matric
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification
Minimum experience of 3 years in managing Membership and Contributions, Analysis and Management of projects
Project management experience will be adventurous
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and continuous delivery models
