SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity in one of the top ten largest healthcare industry is in search of an IT Business Analyst who will identify business opportunities and make recommendations on solutions/requirements to ensure business goals and objectives are met, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop and design features and implement technical solutions.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:
  • Develop projects and monitor project performance for business objectives and goals
  • Analyzing and evaluating the current business processes a company has and identifying areas of improvement
  • Create initiatives depending on the business’s requirements and needs
  • Collaborate with users and stakeholders
  • Train and coach staff members to improve development
  • Implement cost effective technology solutions
  • Design test scenarios, user acceptance and test plans based on systems
  • Implement new features and analyze whether functional or non-functional specifications are standard.
Requirements:
  • Matric
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification
  • Minimum experience of 3 years in managing Membership and Contributions, Analysis and Management of projects
  • Project management experience will be adventurous
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and continuous delivery models
