Job Summary:

\We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our IT team as an IT Assistant. The successful candidate will provide technical support to our staff, assist in maintaining our IT infrastructure, and contribute to various IT projects. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum of two years of IT support experience
• A Related Qualification
• Knowledge of networking and cybersecurity
• Communication and reporting skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving skills
• Technical knowledge

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Assist in managing and maintaining network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of IT services.
• Assist in the administration of servers, including user account management, security configurations, and software updates.
• Participate in IT projects, such as system upgrades, software deployments, and infrastructure enhancements.
• Providing daily support and technical assistance to computer network users and office staff
