SUMMARY:
NOW HIRING: IT Administrator (Permanent)
Location: Sandton and Roodepoort (On-site)
Salary: R28 000 CTC per month (max)
Must have: own car + valid driver’s licence

POSITION INFO:

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Setup and configure end-user computers, user accounts, and software
Manage copiers, printers, and IT hardware stock
Troubleshoot IT issues (1st & 2nd line support)
Monitor LAN/WAN networks, firewalls, antivirus & security
Ensure backup procedures using Veeam
Maintain documentation, checklists, reports, and asset management
Use helpdesk system (ManageEngine) to track and resolve tickets
Support servers (including weekend maintenance), VoIP, Hyper-V, Office 365, and more
Ensure the environment is safe, patched, and running smooth as silk

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology
MCSA (Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator)
CompTIA A+ & N+

Experience:

4+ years as an IT Administrator
Familiar with Windows environments, Office 365, SharePoint, Hyper-V, networking, firewalls, and IT asset management
SQL knowledge? Big bonus!

Other Must-Haves:

Excellent written & verbal communication
Interpersonal charm + attention to detail
Own car + driver's licence
Calm under pressure and hungry to improve
