ISO DEPARTMENT ADMINISTRATOR

 Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update ISO documentation, records, and trackers
• Assist with audits, compliance tracking, and report preparation
• Create and manage spreadsheets, trackers, and databases
• Support the implementation and monitoring of ISO standards
• Coordinate documentation between departments for ISO compliance
• Perform general administrative tasks for the ISO department as well as conduct toolbox talks

Requirements:

• 2+ years of administrative experience
• Excellent computer literacy — especially strong Excel skills (formulas, PivotTables, data analysis)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage and organize large volumes of documents
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
