Position Overview:
The IR Practitioner is a senior-level industrial relations professional responsible for overseeing all IR Officers and serving as the organisation's primary representative at the CCMA. This strategic role combines operational oversight with expert-level dispute resolution, ensuring comprehensive industrial relations management while protecting the organisation's interests in formal proceedings and complex labour matters.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Labour Law, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 5-7 years’ proven experience in Industrial Relations. Strong knowledge of collective bargaining, compliance audits, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.

Technical Skills

In-depth understanding of South African labour legislation. Skilled in negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and dispute resolution. Proficient in managing case files, IR systems, and documentation protocols.

Working Conditions
