INVENTORY MANAGER / INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER - WAREHOUSE (EE)

SUMMARY:
Experienced Inventory Manager needed for large warehouse

POSITION INFO:

Very large concern requires the services of an experienced Inventory manager or alternatively an Industrial Engineer who has solid experience in continues improvements in a Warehouse environment.

What do you need to apply for this position?

•   Supply Chain / logistics or engineering degree

1. It can be either a Supply chain or logistics degree if you are currently working in an Inventory environment
2. If you are an Industrial engineer, you must have some sort of continuous improvement experience in the Warehouse environment - but then you don''''t have to be in a current role of Inventory manager

•   Solid experience in processes or stock in a large warehouse environment

•   2 - 3 year''''s managerial experience

1. You will be managing a large amount of staff hence the reason that it is important that you must have either the experience of managing staff or have a very assertive personality.

Your responsibilities may include:

Your duties will include the normal processes of an Inventory manager being managing the inventory, continues improvement of processes, manage stock takes cycle counts and replenishments and supervise stock movement but on a very large scale.  A clued up Industrial engineer who enjoys processes and has experience working very closely with the warehouse will be able to transform very quickly in such a position as the role is very analytical of nature.
