SUMMARY:
Our client based in Pinetown is seeking an organised and detail-oriented Internal Sales / Yard Operator.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls and understand customer queries and requirements
Accurately record customer queries and communicate them to the relevant technical staff for assistance
Respond to customer emails professionally, ensuring clear and accurate written English
Prepare customer quotations using Microsoft Excel
Capture and process invoices using the company’s invoicing system
Assist the accountant with cash-up reconciliations and liaise with the accountant regarding any queries or discrepancies
Engage professionally with customers, taking the time to understand their needs and assist in finding effective solutions

Minimum Requirements:

Matric
Previous experience in sales
Must be computer literate
