SUMMARY:
We are seeking a motivated Internal Sales Consultant to join our team. The role is critical in driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and maintaining excellent relationships with both existing and potential clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, is comfortable making multiple calls per day, and is skilled at qualifying prospects and closing sales.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Matric / NQF Level 4 (essential)
Minimum 2 years’ active Internal Sales experience
Experience in a wholesale or retail environment
Technical knowledge of refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment (advantageous)
Computer literacy: Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, ERP systems
Physical ability to handle stock
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
