INTERNAL SALES CO-ORDINATOR – Paarden Eiland - R8,000 - R12,000 per month

Position Purpose:

To represent this supply company in a professional manner

To assist customers with product selection, order placement and admin accuracy

Be enthusiastic and self-motivated

Support the external sales team

Facilitate stock flow into and out of the warehouse

Requirements:

 Grade 12 required as well as:

• A Positive Attitude

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) • Must be bilingual • Verbal and written communication skills • Professional personal presentation • Administrative Experience • Attention to detail • Able to work under pressure • Accountable, responsible and reliable • Team player • Customer focussed

Duties:

ADMINISTRATION

• Create customer quotations

• Create customer orders, picking slips and invoices (Emailed/Telephonic/ Walk-in clients) • E-mail price lists and/or product pictures to customers when requested.

• Attending to the Switch board

• Filing

• Ensure all sales orders/quotes are captured correctly, accurately and timeously.

• Ensure customers are spoken to in a polite way. Calls must be transferred correctly and employees to be notified before transferring a call.

• Responding to customers’ requests accurately and timeously • To Ensure pods are filed correctly and weekly.

CUSTOMER SALES

• Assist telephone customers with regards to product advice and pricing information.

• Customer communication and feedback regarding stock availability, anticipated delivery dates and lead-times etc.

• Product knowledge

COLLECTIONS

• Keep track of and ensure all picking slips are received back and invoiced in time for Collection customers.

• Allocate and communicate orders to the ware house manager to distribute to the ware house staff.

• Communicate any delays with regards to collections to customers.

• Orders for collection placed telephonically /emailed should be invoiced and ready for the customer to collect.

• Time taken with collection customers.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

• Deal with sample requests (invoice account customers on their actual accounts and only accept goods returned if they are in the original state (Damaged goods accepted if it is a factory fault)

Salary R8000-R12000 pm, dependent on experience.
