Our client in the steel industry requires a candidate with strong administrative skills to join their dynamic sales team.

Our client in the steel industry requires a candidate with strong administrative skills to join their dynamic sales team.

Qualifications:

Grade 12 / equivalent

Experience and Requirements:

3 or more years’ recent experience working in engineering or steel trading industry
Computer literate advanced skills in Excel (spreadsheets & formulas)
Good telephone and communication skills
Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
Reside close to Alrode (able to start at 7am in the morning) office hours 7am to 16:30 Monday to Thursday and Fridays until 3
Reliable transport
A stable work record and have contactable references

Duties and Responsibilities:

Data capturing of orders
Invoicing Customers
Communicating with customers telephonically and email correspondence
Completing of non-conformance reports
Dealing with customer complaints and returns
Must be a team player
Various other admin related duties required
