INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY SECRETARY needed for contemporary firm in Stellenbosch

R 23 300 negotiable based on skills and experience

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Matric is essential
A Post-matric qualification would be beneficial
5 years+ Secretarial experience essential
Good working knowledge and experience with CMS/Aderant and iManage (Filesite)
Full working knowledge of all MS packages
Working knowledge of CMS and iManage Work an advantage
Intellectual Property Secretarial experience an advantage; working knowledge of Inprotech or IP management system an advantage
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Ability to multi-task & have good organizational skills
Maintain confidentiality in all matters
