SUMMARY:
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY SECRETARY needed for contemporary firm in Stellenbosch

R 23 300 negotiable based on skills and experience

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:
  • Matric is essential
  • A Post-matric qualification would be beneficial
  • 5 years+ Secretarial experience essential
  • Good working knowledge and experience with CMS/Aderant and iManage (Filesite)
  • Full working knowledge of all MS packages
  • Working knowledge of CMS and iManage Work an advantage
  • Intellectual Property Secretarial experience an advantage; working knowledge of Inprotech or IP management system an advantage
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to multi-task & have good organizational skills
  • Maintain confidentiality in all matters
