POSITION INFO:
Our client, based in Johannesburg, is looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join their growing ICT sales team. In this role, you will assist with identifying new leads, promoting ICT products and services, and building long-term client relationships. You'll work closely with other sales professionals and technical teams to develop your skills and close meaningful deals.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Relevant qualification and/or experience (non-negotiable)
Strong interest in ICT and modern technology solutions
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Self-driven, eager to learn, and results-focused
Basic knowledge of ICT products like cloud services, networking, or cybersecurity (advantageous)
Existing client database (advantageous)

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and qualify new sales opportunities in the ICT sector
Conduct market research and maintain an understanding of industry trends
Engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings
Assist with preparing and presenting sales proposals and product offerings
Keep detailed records of sales activity using CRM tools
Support deal negotiation and closure under senior guidance
Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure solutions meet client needs
Deliver excellent post-sales support and build lasting client relationships
