SUMMARY:
ICT Administrator 12 Months Contract

POSITION INFO:

Role and Responsibilities:

Assist with development of database for ICT asset inventory
Assist in the development and implementation of ICT infrastructure related policies
Assist to monitor the effective and efficiency of ICT infrastructure in the department, in terms of warranties and guarantees
Advise management in terms of disposal and/or replacement of ICT assets.
Assist with technical specifications of assets identified for procurement
Advise management with standardization of ICT environment
Assist in monitoring and supervising of technical support activities and provide the necessary reporting
Conduct problem identification and provide solutions and escalations
Ensure that the reported incidents are timely resolved and the correct procedure to report and resolve such incidents is followed.
To assist in setting priorities for technical support activities.
To provide for a weekly technical support activities reporting and leave management of ICT staff
