JOB DESCRIPTION:

A well-established company based in Cape Town is looking to employ a Hybrid Draughtsman who will be responsible for performing a variety of difficult drafting duties in connection with the preparation of preliminary and final working designs and drawings. Suitable candidates will need to meet the following requirement.

Knowledge and experience:

Auto-Cad-related products.
3D Total Station Scanning.
Revit (Very Good knowledge Base) - Required.
Ability to manipulate Point Cloud Data - Required
HEMIS (Higher Education Managed Information System)
SAPOA (South Africa Property Owner Association) Metod of Measurement
General drafting methods, tools, and symbols used in architectural, civil, mechanical, and electrical drawings.
Building materials
Basic principles of construction cost estimating.
Elementary principles of civil, structural, and mechanical engineering.

License or Certification

Valid Code 08 driver’s license.
CAD & Revit Application certification
Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
