Human Resources Practitioner - 12 months Contract

POSITION INFO:

Human Resources Planning

• Human resources forecasting, job analysis, importance and specifications, job profiles, key performance areas and competency level
• Assist the organisation''''s in the various incubation Facilities to develop human resources strategies, policies and practices that meet the needs and objectives of the organization
• Participate in business planning for the incubatees organisations by proposing new operational targets and service delivery improvements; mentor and coach staff as necessary, find solutions or alternatives to problems and recommend course of action

Recruitment and Selection

• Recruit and select most appropriate personnel for the Company''''s HR and incubates - recruitment advertisement, shortlist candidates, interview and assist the most suitable candidates, conduct pre-employment checks, compile recruitment statistics and reports for the Company
• Liaise with management when vacancies arise and advertise internally and externally following due process
• Processing of new documentation
• Drafting employment contracts

HR Administration

• Ensure HR archives are maintained
• Scan and file documents on personal files
• Ensure implementation and compliance to policies
• Leave administration
• Recommend solutions to solve problems
• HR Premier updating
• HR Premier reporting
• Provide basic information, answer employee and manager questions and complete operational level transactions
• Provide advice and assistance to staff on pay and benefits systems

Formal Education

• Grade 12
• National Diploma in Human Resources or relevant qualification

Technical Certification

• SABPP Certification will be an advantage

Experience

• 5 years’ HR related experience with extensive experience in Employee relations
