Job Purpose:

To provide operational and administrative support to the Head of HR and the Organisational Effectiveness Specialist to deliver on the HR Strategy. Drive operational effectiveness and efficiency of the HR Operations and Administration Function to enable continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements:

- Human Resources related Degree or Diploma.
- 5+ years of Human Resources related experience.
- Experience in all key Human Resources Processes including, but not limited to, Recruitment and Selection, Talent Management, Training and Development, Organisational Development, Remuneration and Rewards, as well as Employee Relations.
