An exciting opportunity exists for a Human Resources Officer within a dynamic Property Development firm based in Cape Town.  Duties includes recruitment and selection; training and development; performance appraisel and reward; industrial relations;  as well as payroll management processes.  The successful candidate must be matriculated with a Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, 5- 10 years experience in Human Resource Management / Property Development / Construction industry experience.  If you can work independantly, proficient in MS Office /Ms Projects has strong managerial and leaderships skills please apply for this position now.
