SUMMARY:
A position exist in our HR Department

POSITION INFO:

Matric is essential
Degree in Industrial & Organisational Psychology / Human Resources or related is essential
Registration with the SABPP will be advantageous
3-5 years of experience in a similar role
Deep understanding of Labour Law, B-BBEE and employment equity regulations

Meticulous and high attention to detail
Sound knowledge of HR functions and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must be able to converse in ethnic languages, such as IsiZulu, Sesotho, Xhosa, etc.
Ability to work comfortably under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Computer literacy (MS Office and VIP Premier)
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
