Introduction:

Planet Fitness is the fastest growing Health and Wellness Group in the country, with a national footprint covering 46 Clubs which include our brands Planet Fitness and Just Gym. Within 2021, there be continual growth

Purpose of the role:

Offer support through IR, Development of staff, align with the Business objectives, liaise with all Business Units, implement and develop plans and strategies within the Business.

Key performance areas but not limited to:

• Liaise and build long term Business relationships within the Group
• Managing the day-to-day HR, within all designated clubs
• Monitoring and addressing IR issues nationally
• Manage the Performance Management
• Implement and manage the development of staff
• Recruit pro-actively for designated clubs and projects
• Assist and submit payroll for you designated clubs
• Give training if and when required
• Liaise with Management regarding any concerns
• Any other duties if and when reasonably required.

Experience and Competencies:

• Minimum Diploma / HR Degree
• Strong IR background
• Minimum of 5 years post experience
• High level of communication verbal and written
• Intermediate to advanced computer skill
• MS Office
• MS Excel
• MS Word
• Valid SA Drivers license
• Own vehicle non negotiable
• Must be able to travel
