Our client in the Hospitality industry is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric 
• 2 Years experience within a similar role in the Hospitality industry 
• Computer literate 
• Own reliable transport 

• Manage housekeeping, maintenance, and gardening teams
• Oversee breakfast service and ensure quality standards are met
• Conduct room and property inspections and coordinate necessary repairs
• Liaise with housekeeping and management regarding faults and maintenance issues
• Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and guest enquiries
• Handle basic invoicing, accounting, and customer accounts
• Manage reservations, bookings, and related administration accurately and professionally
