We’re seeking an experienced and reliable Housekeeper to join our dynamic team at a prestigious 5-star hotel nestled in the heart of Hout Bay.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to 5-star luxury standards
• Change linens, make beds, vacuum, dust, and restock amenities
• Report maintenance issues or room damage to the supervisor
• Handle guest requests with discretion, courtesy, and professionalism
• Follow hotel health & hygiene protocols (including COVID‑19 procedures)
• Assist with turndown service as required
• Work closely with housekeeping supervisors and front office to ensure guest satisfaction

POSITION INFO:
Requirements

• Proven housekeeping experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel or luxury lodge (essential)
• Meticulous attention to detail and pride in high standards
• Able to work under pressure and manage time effectively
• Friendly, trustworthy, and team-oriented
• Physically fit (must be able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods)
• Willing to work weekends, shifts, and holidays
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Professional grooming and personal hygiene
• Reliable transport to/from Hout Bay (advantageous)
