DUTY MANAGER – STELLENBOSCH

Salary: Market Related

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Duty Manager to join a prestigious hospitality establishment in Stellenbosch. The successful candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure while maintaining the highest standards of service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily guest relations operations and ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain exceptional standards of service, cleanliness, and maintenance.
• Handle guest queries promptly and professionally.
• Assist with staff training, onboarding, and roster management.
• Attend daily operational meetings and support employee relations.
• Ensure policies and procedures are consistently followed.
• Perform Guest Relations and Night Audit duties when required.
• Build strong working relationships across all departments.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 with a Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality or Tourism.
• 2–3 years' experience in a front office or guest relations role.
• Passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact confidently with distinguished clientele.
• Strong administration and computer skills.
• Professional appearance with a warm and friendly personality.
• High levels of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Flexible and willing to work night shifts.
