Working hours: 12-hour shifts, 1.5 days off per week (as per roster)

Key Responsibilities

• Client Reception & Engagement
• Warmly welcome clients and VIP guests with professionalism and charm
• Offer refreshments and ensure guests are comfortable while waiting
• Anticipate client needs and provide discreet, attentive service
• Showroom Experience Management
• Maintain a pristine, luxurious showroom ambiance at all times
• Monitor guest flow and manage waiting areas to optimize comfort and privacy
•  Duties
• Manage appointment schedules and assist with client check-ins
• Support marketing or event coordination for showroom launches or VIP visits
• Impeccably groomed, stylish, and brand-aligned
• Articulate, warm, and confident with excellent interpersonal skills
• Prior hospitality, luxury retail, or front-of-house experience preferred
• Able to interact with high-profile clients with tact and confidentiality
• Calm under pressure, able to juggle multiple priorities gracefully
