JOB DESCRIPTION:

To manage and control all self-catering apartments to the standards laid down by the Company, maximising revenues, and profits to agreed budgetary limits.

Requirements:

Grade 12
Hospitality qualification (advantageous)
Opera (advantageous)
Previous experience in the same or similar position
Familiar with duties and procedures in the self-catering apartments and/ or Airbnb

Duties:

Ensure all bookings are prepared prior to check ins
Ensure that customer needs and desires are met
Ensure that lobby area is tidy and presentable
Provide helpful and inviting environment for guests
Introduce and maintain the most efficient check-in/out procedures on Opera & WhatsApp
Ensure that reservations are taken correctly and courteously
Ensure credit control procedures are strictly adhered to
To ensure that accounts are balanced daily
Manage the arrival and departures for the day
Ensure that inspection is conducted prior to the arrivals of guests
Ensure that exit inspections are done per department
Place keys in key boxes with membership cards
