To manage and control all self-catering apartments to the standards laid down by the Company, maximising revenues, and profits to agreed budgetary limits.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Hospitality qualification (advantageous)
• Opera (advantageous)
• Previous experience in the same or similar position
• Familiar with duties and procedures in the self-catering apartments and/ or Airbnb

Duties:

• Ensure all bookings are prepared prior to check ins
• Ensure that customer needs and desires are met
• Ensure that lobby area is tidy and presentable
• Provide helpful and inviting environment for guests
• Introduce and maintain the most efficient check-in/out procedures on Opera & WhatsApp
• Ensure that reservations are taken correctly and courteously
• Ensure credit control procedures are strictly adhered to
• To ensure that accounts are balanced daily
• Manage the arrival and departures for the day
• Ensure that inspection is conducted prior to the arrivals of guests
• Ensure that exit inspections are done per department
• Place keys in key boxes with membership cards
