SUMMARY:
Hospitality Maintenance Manager

POSITION INFO:

Oversee all maintenance activities across reserves and hospitality facilities.
ensure timely response to job cards and maintenance requests.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules and conduct regular inspections to minimisr downtime and extend asset life.
Lead, train and develop the maintenance team. Conduct performance reviews, set goals and ensure efficient utilisation of team resources.
Prepare and manage the maintenance budget. Monitor exenpses and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
Oversee inventory of tools, equipment and materials. Monitor stock levels and ensure timely procurement of supplies.
Manage contractors and suppliers. Negotiate and monitor SLAs to ensure quality service delivery and compliance.
Ensure compliane with safety regulations, industry standards and environmental requirements.
Prepare reports on maintenance activities, budgets and project progress.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments, external stakeholders and work closely with the Group Maintenance Manager on job cards and projects within reserves.
Identify improvements in systems, processes and efficiency to enhance operations and guest satisfaction.
