We are seeking an experienced and professional Hospitality Assistant to maintain a clean, organized and welcoming office environment.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

Valid South African ID.
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in hospitality, a hotel, guesthouse, private household or high-end office environment.
Experience in cleaning, food preparation and hospitality service.
Able to work independently and use initiative.
Reliable, discreet, well-presented and trustworthy.
Available to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of offices, meeting rooms, restrooms, kitchen and common areas.
Prepare and serve refreshments to staff, clients and visitors.
Prepare a daily lunch for a designated senior executive.
Keep the kitchen, appliances, crockery and beverage stations clean and organized.
Monitor and manage food, cleaning and office supplies.
Prepare meeting rooms and assist with general hospitality duties.
Maintain indoor plants and wash office linen and cleaning cloths.
Report low stock, maintenance concerns and breakages promptly.
Maintain strict confidentiality and high standards of hygiene and professionalism.

Only candidates who meet the five-year experience requirement and hold a valid South African ID will be considered.
