SUMMARY:
One of our clients a leading Insurance company is looking to appoint a High Advice Consultant / Outbound Sales for their KZN and JHB Branches

POSITION INFO:

The purpose of this role is to achieve sales through effective contact management and ensure long-term relationships with customers

Responsibilities

Customer needs assessment (conduct research & analyse data in order to develop a comprehensive understanding of the customer)
Identify products / services that best meet the customers needs
Performance management by prioritising and optimising own workflow to achieve sales targets
Identify potential customers by obtaining referrals and recommendations
Operational compliance by following company policies and procedures
Participate in assessment and development planning activities, keeping abreast of industry best practises, products and regulations

Education and Experience

SAQA Accredited Qualification/Equivalent (120 FAIS credits)
NQF 5 Wealth Management
RE 5
2 years’ experience working with Life Insurance products
1 year Call Centre environment
English and Afrikaans

This role will suit a target driven sales consultant who is fluent in English, or Afrikaans (1st language). Salary is negotiable in line with qualifications and experience plus commission.
