SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Help Desk Agent to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with at least 1+ year of experience in a support environment and an interest in IT.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-line technical support to users via phone, email, and remote assistance
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
Log, track, and resolve support tickets efficiently
Escalate complex issues to senior IT support when required
Maintain strong communication with users and provide timely feedback

Requirements:

Minimum 1+ year experience in a help desk or support role
Basic IT knowledge (hardware, software, networks) – advantageous
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple queries
Customer service-oriented mindset
