Head of Partnerships and Regulatory Relationship

The Head of Partnerships and Regulatory Relationship is responsible for the development and ongoing management of partnership relationships aimed at maintaining and increasing
referrals as well as ongoing identification and establishing of additional partnership opportunities that will match the Company’s current and potential value proposition.
In addition to the above, the incumbent will implement and maintain a relationship with Regulatory & Compliance Authorities.
They will also actively participate in various committees and interact with Legal Counsel and Regulatory Bodies when required.

The requirements for the role are: 

•  5 – 6 years’ experience as a practising Attorney.
• Registered Debt Counsellor with Debt Counselling experience.
• 3 years’ experience in the preparation of Debt Review Magistrate Court Applications, Answering Affidavit and Reckless Credit Court Applications.
