POSITION INFO:

Proven & demonstrable competency in strategic planning
Confident ability & track record in business development
Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
Reporting, including data sanitization, building reports etc.

Important

Financial acumen, including understanding of profit & loss on company P&L

Establish policies that promote company culture and vision.
Lead Flow
Systems Custodian & processes
Accurate Reporting
New campaign implementation.
Resource planning

Key responsibilities

Channel management, financial management, process mapping and implementation
Performance evaluation & management
Take ownership and responsibility for the profitability and management of lead delivery.
Set up and drive management of data processes.
Profitability, agents’ commissions and Cost Management
High level reporting on Financial, Data, Agent trends into actionable insights that can be used to improve business.
