Head of Brand Operations ( JB1556)

The Head of Brand operations is to drive the brand led strategy into the business and marketing both directly and through operational support and development of the team.

Experience and skills:

Relevant Tertiary qualification

10 years plus experience within brand led environment, 5 of which are in a senior leadership role

Agency experience and understanding

Key Responsibilities:

Overall delivery of brand team to the business and beyond

Training and mentoring the team, including clock building and innovation

Developing and overseeing ways of working

Supporting the team, empowering them to do the best possible job – skills, structure, knowledge, tools and opportunity

Leading, driving and guiding the brand led strategy across the business

Quality and consistency of creative inputs together with brand leads

Contributing to and advising on briefs

Managing relationships, ways of working and performance efficiencies with agencies including financial management

Appointing, onboarding and ongoing relationships with strategic partners

Ongoing development and refinement of a framework and related tools to support the delivery of outstanding working including department, strategic ways of work, creative process, systems, archiving and creative assessment as well as strategic partners

Financial management, brand budget

Development, oversight and implementation of key strategic projects related to the business goal

Reporting on key brand projects

Running the daily operations of the brand team and strategic partners
