Focus on 100% LinkedIn outreach and conversion to identify and engage experienced recruiters looking to launch their own businesses.

Remote (South Africa) with a 9 - 5 UK working schedule. 

Salary: R25 000 - R30 000 basic + £350  bonus for every successful deal closed or client brought on.

The Role: Head Hunter

This role is a pure outbound sales specialist position focused on identifying, engaging, and converting experienced recruiters who want to launch their own businesses. It exists to drive new business by selling a model that allows recruitment entrepreneurs to go solo, contributing to the business by building a pipeline of qualified prospects via LinkedIn. The main focus is starting and owning conversations from the initial message through to the final sign-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Draw on proven recruitment or headhunting experience to identify entrepreneurial prospects.

• Run high-volume LinkedIn outreach targeting UK-based recruiters and headhunters.

• Start and own conversations end-to-end from the initial message to the call and final sign-up.

• Build and nurture a pipeline of recruiters interested in starting their own business.

• Re-engage dormant LinkedIn conversations to move them forward confidently.

• Convert outreach efforts consistently into qualified calls and successful sign-ups.

• Maintain a self-generated LinkedIn pipeline with a focus on measurable revenue impact.

About You

• Proven recruitment or headhunting experience.

• Strong track record in LinkedIn outreach and conversion.

• Existing network of UK-based recruiters on LinkedIn.

• Comfortable with high daily messaging volume and high-volume outreach.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with an understanding of what motivates recruiters to work independently.

• Natural closer who is self-managed, disciplined, and output-driven.

• Commercially sharp with strong people instincts and a confident, clear, and direct communication style.

• Displays the mannerisms, physicality, and confidence that young entrepreneurs in the UK respond well to.
