Upmarket trendy Restaurant in Menlyn is looking for an head chef. Looking for someone with 6+ years’ experience as a senior chef in an upmarket Restaurant environment. Applicants must have the ability to cost and develop menus as well as train and manage staff. Knowledge of modern cuisine and modern cooking trends is essential. The suitable candidate must also be proficient in all kitchen management duties and kitchen administration. Experience in a busy environment required. Looking for a senior chef candidate with a hands-on approach, he must be passionate about cooking and come with exceptional organizing and time keeping skills. Salary R 15 – 20K net.
