POSITION INFO:

Head Chef / Senior Kitchen Manager needed for fine dining Restaurant in Pretoria east. Candidates must have 10+ years kitchen management experience. Must have strong general knowledge of food and of kitchen management procedures. Must be able to coordinate very busy kitchen. Knowledge of food cost and stock management essential. Chef candidates with strong management experience in a Restaurant environment will be preferred.  Looking for candidates who can work in a busy fast paced environment. Experience in Kitchen administration essential. Must have the ability to run a pass. Can not consider catering or hotel chefs for this position. R 15000 – 25000 K nett.
