Head Chef needed for upmarket trendy Restaurant in Bryanston. Looking for individuals with 7+ years senior chef experience in a Restaurant environment. Must be able to coordinate and manage a complete kitchen operation. Main focus will be food preparation and food quality control. Will be responsible for all kitchen control systems and stock management. Applicants must be able to train and manage staff.
