Harvest Intern - Delaire Graff Estate

Delaire Graff Estate is looking for a motivated, energetic and hands on harvest intern to be part of the 2027 harvest team.

Contract period of employment:

Middle January – End of April (depending on the timing of the harvest season)

Key areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:

• Grape intake

• Punch downs and pump overs

• Cellar hygiene

• Barrel Work

• Ballings and Temperatures

• Data capturing

Requirements:

• Valid SA ID;

• Be able to do physically demanding work;

• Previous harvest experience;

• Good communication;

• Must be able to work under pressure;

• This position requires working long hours and weekends;

• Oenology degree/diploma or similar;

• Reliable transport to and from work;

• Working extended hours as and when required.
