SUMMARY:
Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for building relationships and identifying new business opportunities?

Our client, a well-established supplier within the hardware and tooling industry, is seeking an External Sales Representative to join their growing team.

This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys being on the road, meeting customers face-to-face, and developing long-term business partnerships.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS:

Matric, relevant qualification advantageous
Minimum 5 years sales experience, preferably within the industrial tool market or similar
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
Strong negotiation skills and ability to win customers over
Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of initiative and urgency
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Great attention to detail
Committed and reliable
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, as well as experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bilingual â English & Afrikaans

DUTIES:

Marketing and selling of Products and services to existing and potential customers.
Servicing existing clients and liaising with new prospects for new business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Filling out of Call Reports and, on occasion, delivery of products and services to the customer.
Reporting non-conforming products, services, and customer complaints to management.
Providing feedback to customers on products, services, deliveries, and queries.
Determining the degree of customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction.

SALARY:Â Basic, Car Allowance, Commission, Medical Aid and Pension
