Halfday Bookkeeper

SUMMARY:
Bookkeeper to Balance Sheet – Half Day Position
Salary - R 22,000.00 per month.
Based in Heriotdale Cleveland JHB

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:
- Monthly Invoice Book Value (R1,000,000.00)
- Monthly Cash book reconciliation
- Cash Book payments
- Cash book reconciliation - monthly to General ledger
Daily update of cash flow
- Monthly creditors invoices capturing
- Monthly creditors payments - 1 x monthly (Book Value – Up to R 30,000)
- Monthly creditors reconciliations
- General ledger journals - recurring jnl posting
- General ledger - Inter Company loan accounts reconciliation and journal
- General ledger - month end journals
- General ledger - Stock entries
- General ledger - Monthly reconciliations
- Monthly analysis up to Balance Sheet
- Vat reconciliation - every second month – Payment on E-filing
- Monthly analysis Up to Balance Sheet
- Vat reconciliation - every second month – Payment on E-filing

Other Responsibilities
- Capturing delivery notes / weekly invoicing / weekly reconciling
- Monthly reconciling of sales volumes vs production
- Debtors Payments allocation in Syspro accounting system
- Invoice queries
- Assisting Senior Bookkeeper
- Ad hoc general office assistance

Computer Skills
Accounting system Syspro Version 8.0 –
Microsoft Office 365

Requirements
- Mature Candidate
- Work experience as a senior bookkeeper 15 years +
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Bookkeeping Diploma up to Balance Sheet
